Built on extensive hands-on experience in property investment and portfolio growth, 6J Ltd is founded on proven investment principles, careful due diligence, and disciplined asset management. Between May 2024 and May 2025, the management team successfully grew and transferred a property portfolio from £60,000 to over £1.075 million, comprising 9 investment properties, including 7 residential and 2 commercial assets.

We specialise in buy-to-let investments, BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance) projects, and value-add opportunities that have the potential to generate above-average returns while maintaining a measured approach to risk.

Jack Fortune - Director and Founder
Jack Fortune is the Founder and Director of 6J Ltd, a property investment company established in 2025. His journey in property began at just 18 years old when he became a landlord, giving him early, hands-on experience in building and managing investment properties.

Before entering the property industry, Jack founded a successful car sales business in 2018, where he developed valuable skills in negotiation, investment, and business growth.
​
Between May 2024 and May 2025, Jack successfully grew and transferred a rental portfolio from £60,000 to £1.075 million, building a diversified portfolio of 9 investment properties consisting of 7 residential and 2 commercial assets. This experience provided him with extensive knowledge of portfolio growth, asset management, and long-term investment strategy.
Since founding 6J Ltd, Jack has continued to focus on low-risk, high-yield investment opportunities. He specialises in below-market-value acquisitions, buy-to-let investments, and BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance) projects, with a strong emphasis on detailed deal analysis and long-term performance.

Jack is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including analysing investment opportunities, managing acquisitions, and overseeing refurbishment projects. His practical approach and market knowledge enable 6J Ltd to identify opportunities that deliver strong returns and sustainable long-term value.
